hmm a rendering study

style is quite recognizable if you've seen zhang lu's portrait paintings, trying one with soft touches.

loosely based on a reference image, the pretty girl is my highschool friend, Serina.

photoshop cs3 2 hours.

Wow impressive! Really nice portrait!

I can't find zhang lu's portraits you say, do you know of any book/website I could look for that incluides his works?? I'm quite interested in this style, and your portrait really amazed me.

hahaha, High Five! very nice piece. Theres a few landmarks for human face you can fake in for more details ), you should ask Matt later, he can show you

This is a very nice piece, its not easy at all to go with such a soft style after all the hard edge style you had.
