love it, love the perspective, the architecture, the whole idea, you should totally develop it more, and make it more detailed, because you can do a freaking work of art with that.

futuristic cities are always difficult to do because they usually come out cliche, but this is pretty good. the fact that its titled developing city shows that its not a flawless city, which makes it seem more realistic...alot of futuristic city illustrations ARE flawless and never interest me, but ya good job
