Wow, I don't know what it is but this picture really strikes a chord. The blend of a realistic weapon against a rendering of a destroyed city, one being industrial and real and the other stylized and emotive.

Swank enough to elicit my first comment on deviantart in years of casual browsing.

I like the thick and bold brush stroke there. Really well done for a 10 min art piece. Remind me a bit of the metal gear solid comic book.
