just to show that i have no imagination what so ever, try to find things you see in this picture that's been done before.

here's i'll get you started, there's MG ray, sand worm from dune, zerglings, samus's zerosuit, battle rifle from halo, biotics from mass effect, any other look alikes?

So you got a little lazy on design... so what? Everyone does once in a while. It's why we draw/paint familiar subject matter (OCs, animals, people we know, etc.). Don't feel bad about it. You created a well-composed, knowledgeable, interesting scene. When you're drawing for yourself, it doesn't matter what you draw, but how well you did it and whether or not you're pleased with it.
