the link is to a reddit submission i posted, which goes into further detail

but basically i am doing a film project in school, and i need an image of a futuristic city, which someone will make for me, or an existing one which i have permission to use. it's for a futuristic news report, and with an animation software i'll edit in (in real time) flying cars and possibly people ect... so you don't have to worry about those sorts of details. it doesn't have to take long, it can be a quick sketch if it looks cool
